Adoptable Pets
CasperCasper is a mixed breed fellow with the
vet listing
him as a Lhaso Apso mix. His age is estimated to be 3 1/2
yr..
Casper is vaccinated, micro-chipped,
neutered and
on a monthly heartworm preventative which MUST be continued.
He has a mild personality and would
make a loving
pet for some lucky family. He gets along well with the other dogs that
we
have. He is crate trained. Casper weighs 25 lbs. If you would like more info. regarding

KodaKoda is a six yr. old chihuahua mix. He is neutered, has his vaccinations and is on a monthly heart worm preventative. Koda's previous owner moved and couldn't have pets. He is a bit shy, at first, but quickly warms up to people and loves to be held. Koda would make someone a perfect couch companion. He seems house trained. Koda gets along well with other dogs. Because he is a bit shy, I would only rec'md. him for children 12 yrs. or older. Please e-mail: mcintire51@yahoo.com if you would like additional information about Koda. An application and contract will need to be completed at the time of his adoption. Koda is used to being inside and is crate trained.
Buddy Buddy is thought to be a Pug Shar pei mix; also known as an Ori-Pei. He is estimated to be around three yrs. old and weighs 40 lbs.. Buddy is vaccinated, neutered and has been heartworm treated. The vet has released him for adoption. Buddy will need to be heartworm tested in five months as a follow-up. As with all dogs, he should be maintained on a monthly heartworm preventative. Buddy has a mild temperment and seems to fine around other dogs and ignores our outside cats. We have not observed him around children. He walks well on leash and he is crate trained. CharlieCharlie is either a Cairn terrier mix or a Brussles Griffon mix. The vet estimates is age at 5 yrs. He has been vaccinated, neutered, micro-chipped and has received treatment for heartworms. Charlie has been cleared by his vet for adoption and is in excellent health. He weighs about 17 lbs. Charlie loves to play and is a sweet fellow. He would make an excellent companion for children over the age of 5 yrs. He is crate trained meaning he eats and sleeps in his crate. DottyDotty is a seven yr. old Border Collie mix. She has lots of energy for a girl her age. Dotty is vaccinated, micro-chipped, spayed and on a monthly heart worm pill. Dotty was an owner release because her owner was moving into an apt. and couldn't take her with her. The owner got Dotty has a puppy and has had her all these yrs. She has never been in a shelter environment. PatchPatch is a male Lab mix. He is approximately 7 months old. Patch has been neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and is on a monthly heartworm pill. Patch wandered up to a business in Houston and the owners took him into their home and then they called us. He was probably a Christmas puppy that got out of his backyard or was abandoned after he grew out of the "cute" stage. Patch has a bit of white fur on his chest which is why he was named Patch. He is a very sweet boy and will make some lucky family a great companion for children. SamSam is thought to be a yellow lab mix. He is approximately 8 mo. old. Sam and his dad were abandoned at another rescuer's home. Both were in good condition other than needing some food.
